Property Due Diligence in Indonesia

Please prepare the required documents before proceeding to the next step:

For Foreign Nationals: Clear scan or photograph of your passport that includes the following:
• The passport cover.
• The passport page with your photo and personal information.
• The passport page with your latest entry stamp (if applicable).
* Your passport must be valid for at least 18 months from your intended departure date from Indonesia.

For Indonesian: Clear scan or photograph of your identification documents, including the following:
• Identity Card (KTP)
• Tax Identification Number (NPWP)

For Foreign Nationals: Clear scan and photograph of Work and Residency Documents which includes:
• Valid Limited Stay Permit (KITAS)

Clear scan or photograph of Property Owner Identification:
• Landlord’s Identity Card (KTP)
• Landlord’s Spouse’s Identity Card (KTP)
• Landlord’s Contact Details
• Landlord's Family Registration Card (Kartu Keluarga)

Clear scan or photograph of Property Transfer Authorization Documents which includes the following:
• Death Certificate
• Certificate of Inheritance
• Letter of Inheritance
• Additional Supporting Documents such as:
• Land Certificate
• Identification Copies of the Grantor, Attorney, and Witnesses
• Proof of Relationship
