For Foreign Nationals Buyers: Clear scan or photograph of your passport that includes the following:
• Buyers passport cover.
• Buyers passport page with your photo and personal information.
• Buyers passport page with your latest entry stamp (if applicable).
* Your passport must be valid for at least 18 months from your intended departure date from Indonesia.

For Indonesian Buyers: Clear scan or photograph of your identification documents, including the following:
• Buyers Identity Card (KTP)
• Buyers Tax Identification Number (NPWP)

Clear scan or photograph of Company Registration which includes:
• Company Establishment Deed (Akta Pendirian)
• Establishment Decree (SK Pendirian)
• Latest Amendment Deed (Akta Perubahan Terakhir)
• Latest Change Decree (SK Perubahan Terakhir)

Clear scan or photograph of Business Compliance which includes:
• Business Identification Number (NIB)
• Spatial Suitability Approval (PKKPR) Document
• Standard Certificate (if applicable)

Clear scan or photograph of Signed Power of Attorney Letter

Buyer Contact Details, including the following details:
• Buyer Complete Address
• Buyer Phone Number
• Buyer Email Address

Clear scan or photograph of Land Documents, including:
• Land Certificate
• Deed of Sale or Lease Agreement
• Land Development Plotting (if applicable)
• Land Location Coordinates

Clear scan or photograph of Land Tax and Clearance Documents, including:
• Tax Assessment Notification Letter (SPPT PBB)
• Land and Building Tax Clearance Certificate (SKL PBB)
• Tax Payment Receipt for SKL PBB

Clear scan or photograph of Property Owner Identification
• Landlord’s Identity Card (KTP)
• Landlord’s Spouse’s Identity Card (KTP)
• Landlord’s Contact Details
• Landlord's Family Registration Card (Kartu Keluarga)

Seller Contact Details, including the following details:
• Seller Complete Address
• Seller Phone Number
• Seller Email Address

Clear scan or photograph of Company Registration which includes:
