Clear scan or photograph of Statement of Commitment to Construct a Recharge Well: A formal letter or declaration from the landowner or developer expressing their commitment to build and maintain a recharge well as part of environmental management or compliance measures.

Clear scan or photograph of Certificate from the River Basin Centre (BBWS/BWS) regarding the Availability or Unavailability of Surface Water

Clear scan or photograph of Certificate from the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) regarding the Availability or Unavailability of Water through the PDAM Network

• Company Establishment Deed (Akta Pendirian)
• Establishment Decree (SK Pendirian)

Clear scan or photograph of Business Compliance which includes:
• Business Identification Number (NIB)
• Spatial Suitability Approval (PKKPR) Document
• Standard Certificate (if applicable)

Clear scan or photograph of Company’s Financial and Domicile Documents which includes:
• Company’s Tax Identification Number (NPWP) Card
• Company’s Domicile Letter
• Company’s Bank Statement

Credentials for Online Single Submission (OSS) System which includes:
• Username for Online Single Submission (OSS) System
• Email used on the Online Single Submission (OSS) System
